Meet The General Manager of Water Damage Pros FL LLC

Tom Opened the first Water Damage Pros location in Florida in 2021, it was also the first Water Damage Pros Location outside of North Carolina. Having been in the industry for the better part of a decade (since 2017), Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization.

One thing in particular that attracted Tom to the Water Damage Pros was that mold testing isn’t done in house, that’s because it’s a conflict of interest to do the mold remediation & mold testing. This shows transparency and integrity, two characteristics that Tom values highly. On his own, Tom wants to continue to grow with the company and be a leader in the restoration industry.

36 hours after we moved into our new home we had torrential downpours. Unbeknownst to me the atrium gutters were clogged. Before I knew it, I could see the water rising 3 inches on the outside of the sliding glass doors. The water flooded into the dining room, living room and kitchen so fast and couldn't be stopped. It was a devastating and scary experience. I quickly looked up and called the first flood damage company I found in my area. Thank God it was The Water Damage Pros!!! Tom answered and thru the storm came as quickly as he could. He took hold of the chaos and directed clean up, moved furniture, sucked up all the water from the floors and rugs and placed a myriad of drying fans and machines. He explained every step and calmed my nerves with empathy. Ultimately my full drying of the floors and walls took a week, he came daily to check on the progress. Though my home looked like a construction site, I understood it was only temporary. Looking back now that my home is better than ever, I feel confident that all the right decisions were made. During one of the worst times of my life I met one of the most honest and committed people I've ever met. Thank you again for expertly helping me move forward!!

He expertly tackled a massive water leak induced mold, water damaged floors, cabinets, walls, furniture, books in my library, and the the presence of toxicity. He vetted other craftsmen and service providers regarding cost and quality workmanship, to recommend to me. A neighbor, after seeing and hearing of my experience, was disappointed that his talents were no longer available in Ocala.My problem was horrible. Yet, I felt that Mr. Bazar respected me, and did not place blame on this old, retired teacher for having let the problem get so bad, so quickly.
