Before I knew it, I could see the water rising 3 inches on the outside of the sliding glass doors. The water flooded into the dining room, living room and kitchen so fast and couldn't be stopped. It was a devastating and scary experience. I quickly looked up and called the first flood damage company I found in my area. Thank God it was The Water Damage Pros!!! Tom answered and thru the storm came as quickly as he could. He took hold of the chaos and directed clean up, moved furniture, sucked up all the water from the floors and rugs and placed a myriad of drying fans and machines. He explained every step and calmed my nerves with empathy. Ultimately my full drying of the floors and walls took a week, he came daily to check on the progress. Though my home looked like a construction site, I understood it was only temporary. Looking back now that my home is better than ever, I feel confident that all the right decisions were made. During one of the worst times of my life I met one of the most honest and committed people I've ever met. He had access to and knowledge of formidable and high tech equipment and testing, and went to the trouble to explain to me, why certain items were dangerous to retain.Mr. Bazar has a keen eye for potential future problems, also. He vetted other craftsmen and service providers regarding cost and quality workmanship, to recommend to me. His choices are being proven infallible.There is only one complaint: due to corporate decisions, Marion County is no longer part of his service area. A neighbor, after seeing and hearing of my experience, was disappointed that his talents were no longer available in Ocala.My problem was horrible. Yet, I felt that Mr. Bazar respected me, and did not place blame on this old, retired teacher for having let the problem get so bad, so quickly. I felt like he gave a d--- about me and recognized I was overwhelmed.I have posted only one prior review in my life. But I am compelled and eager to make note of this intelligent, "Can-Do", patient, and highly skilled gentleman.
